I used to have a very idealistic view on shyt
Now it’s a live and let live world
We all weird and scared of being exposed
No judgement from me
You have to deal with those consequences
Not me unless you trying to harm my family
Then I have to take necessary action to keep them safe

1) As a young guy I was convinced that many black people were miseducated about blackness and that’s why self hate prospered. No. Quite a few black people are well aware of our histories, cultures, realities and needs but simply choose to be idiots and c00ns tbh. A lot of black people are lost. Let them be lost tbh.

2) I was convinced that black men’s problems were purely or mostly external and due exclusively to white racism. No. Some of our problems are self imposed and need to be rectified ASAP. A lot of black men simply aren’t as power hungry, meticulous and brutal as other groups.

3) I thought being a man meant having lots of sex as a teenager was what made a man. I have obviously and thankfully grown since then.

4) I once thought that black people are more peaceful than other groups but when reading about the Rwandan Genocide or the various wars that have sprung up in central Africa, I quickly cut that out. Black folks are humans and humans are capable of extreme violence. All of us.

5) I believed that black men were exclusively the problem when it came to “gender wars”. Once I got to dating age, I grew out of that thinking ASAP.

Lots more but yeah, my views changed a lot from adolescence into manhood.

I used to think that being fat was most people's own fault. It's not. We literally have been poisoned by corporations and don’t know any better. Damn near everyone is sick. We think health is completely different than what it actually it. Bread and sugar are killing us and we are addicted to it.

Most people struggle to lose weight because the their body burns carbs before fat. If you are constantly eating carbs your body never gets a chance to get to the fat. Plus carbs are addictive. Not to mention the millions of problems insulin resistance causes.

Health and the American diet in this country is fukked. It should be our #1 priority as a society. It's crazy I see health problems in almost everyone I know. And if you try to explain it to them they'll try to convince you how they are actually healthy meanwhile they have conditions that should have in old age in their 20s.

And don't for 1 second think the rest of the better. The issue is world wide.

When I realize i was wrong I change my opinion and sometimes something will effect you in ways you didn’t expect and make you change your thoughts and feelings completely.

I did a month of low-carb and I had a crazy carbs craving for a few weeks. After that I didnt' even notice. And, when I got off it and went back to eating normal I didn't even care so much about it. Going to try again after I go grocery shopping.

You should check out Dr Eric Berg on youtube. Lots of great information about keto and fasting.

I used to think racism was a LOT more rare than it is.

I thought only a few weirdos were still on that KKK Nazi shyt.

I have learned that the majority of white people are either straight up supremacist or willing to be quiet and go along.

A minority of white people are "cool". As in, they believe all people deserve equality.

I found them in Ohio finally. Like a whole sea of unapologetic racists. Of course they truly came out the trailer closet when Trump started turning up
