Never. When I quit a job, I let my supervisor know. I'll finish my shift, so they can't throw that in my face.

When I was 21, planned a Vegas trip with some friends, decided to get a second job for some quick short-term cash. Worked at an AT&T call center for two weeks. First week was training, but then I got pulled from the training group because I can speak in complete sentences and got placed into the worst fukking position possible; win-back. Win-back is when you call former AT&T customers and try to get them back with the company. For anyone that has ever left a phone, tv, or internet provider, you know that shyt is never pretty and the LAST thing you want is to go back to the shyt.

So got pulled from training a day early and started the job proper on that Friday; hated it. Damn near had to pry myself out of bed that Monday and ended up leaving early as I honest to god felt sick. But like, as SOON as I left the place I felt perfect and ended up getting lunch with my cousin and chillin with him all day. Went through the end of the week, stayed late on the next Friday to make up for hours.

The Giants won the Superbowl that Sunday, that monday morning I told a friend who worked there that I was giving a ride to that he was gonna have to find a new ride home that day. The manager started his bullshyt morning pep-talk. Even called me out for being a few seconds late....I grabbed my shyt slid through the side door like I was going to the bathroom and never looked back.

Legit best feeling I've ever had in my life walking out of that job. That call-center shyt was never gonna be for me. Happy for the life experience to know that, though.

Yep. My last job. But since I work as an independent agent it was more like taking a break.

I swear if you follow the coli's guide for success as and use others success as a benchmark for yours you might just end up miserable.

I left that to start my own business. That 9-5 up life is not for me...i really was fooling myself thinking it was. I was never unhappier at a job then i was at that one.

I walked off on this job in college. This chick I was dealing with had a uncle who was from where i went to school. He owend this cleaning business where we would strip and wax the floors over night. It started with a post office, then a few dollar generals, and next thing i know, he has a contract with the hospital. Now I didn't really need the money, but after i got my nikkas on, we started having a shyt load of fun, plus it was super simple work, so i was like :manny:. Once we got to the hospital, me and my nikka got paired up, and we got assigned to doing the floors in ICU:beli:. I have a new respect for people who can take care of the incapacitated. Some of the things i saw had me like :merchant:.
:umad: thought you were gonna see some nasty shyt....:mjlol:
Sidenote: There were some bourgie nikkas and racist crackers in that hospital. I heard one of the dude working with us was called a nikka by some nurse for spilling water on her, and some nikka walked by us once when we were doing the floors and looked at us like....."you missed a spot...:mjlol:" We laughed it off cause we were just doing this for fun and we knew he was only the help.
So we working for like a month or so and we got the same assignment listed on the board everynight. So we started clocking in, walking into ICU for a few minutes, and then roaming the halls, or watching tv in the waiting rooms until it was time to clock out. After doing this for about 2 weeks, we started getting bolder. One night we went to my crib, I only stayed a few minutes from the hospital, blew a blunt and came back. We get back and go to the cafeteria and the girls working were flirting with us.:jawalrus: They started giving us free food, so every day after we would clock in and go eat for like an hour to kill time. It got to the point where we would go clock in, leave and go chill wit a few broads, and come back in time to show face and clock out. So one day, we go to my crib after clocking in and blow a few and pass out for a few hours. We wake up and its like 40 minutes past our clock out time.:snoop: We rush back to the hospital, and as we clocking out, the attendant is like Mike was looking for yall. We like we was in ICU.:troll: So the next day we get to work and we doing our usual routine, and Mike walks in and is like :martin:, "how yall clocked in and yall in here eating and chilling", and walks off. This nikka came back with our time cards in his hand, put them hoes on the table and was like, "i clocked yall out, clock back in when yall ready to work:birdman:", and walks off. We looked at each other like :francis:.........:mjlol: and walked slam out that bytch. Mike is now my daughters great uncle.....:mjcry:
