I haven't, but I remember this dude I used to work with whose cubicle was right in front of me just up and walk off the job before. It was funny as hell. He used to sit there and bytch about the supervisor all the time and swear he'll quit. One day the supervisor told him to do something (don't remember exactly what it was that set him off about it). He sat there for about 2 minutes not doing shyt while he contemplated bouncing. Then this nikka just said "Yo I'm done, fukk this shyt, I'm out of here" and just grabbed his jacket and left. Supervisor came back and asked me where he was and I was like :manny:. She called his cell and he was sending her to voicemail and shyt. :heh:

She then just got the memo and was like "this mothafukka really just walked off the job :ohhh:."

I was :mjlol: about the whole thing the rest of the day.

I worked at the restaurant section of the Bear Mountain Inn a few years ago. One of my coworkers at the time hooked me up with the job, she said I'd be making $15 as a hostess (since I wouldn't be getting tips). So I get there and the manager tells me I'll be making $9. I decided to work there anyway because it would be extra money in my pocket. Plus we got free food.
The first day everything was cool.
The second day I came in it was good at first, then around lunch time it got busy. Eveyone wanted to sit at the outside dinning area, but there was only about 7 tables there. So once it got full, I had to tell people they could either wait until a table freed up, or sit on the inside. Everybody opted to sit outside. So I wrote their names down. Then people started getting antsy. I literally had this one lady tell me to tell the people eating that they needed to hurry up. :stopitslime:
The bus boys were moving slow to clean the tables, so I had to help. One guy came back when a table was cleared. He was 5 minutes ahead of the woman that was staring me down. I sat him & his party. Then the lady started yelling at me.
I told the mgr that I was quitting. I wasn't getting yelled at, at my current job, so there was no way in hell I was getting yelled at in this place where I was only making $9/hr.
The mgr must have thought I was joking when I said I was quitting.
I got my free food and dipped.
They started calling me two hours later. I never answered and never went back.

:damn:Sure have many times.

Toys r us in highschool, used to unload trucks, mgmt (white dudes) would come back there trying to hype us up like cmon fellas we gotta move this stock, gotta get trailers unloaded fast as possible. I knew that shyt wasn't for me and felt like some slave shyt so I went to lunch and ended up in NYC somehow and never looked back.

Delivered bread for McDonald's restaurants for a week. I was in training the 1st couple days and they sent me out by myself on a fri night. Boy doing that shyt alone was :damn:
I said fukk THIS and drove that shyt back to the yard parked it and left, they called me hours later panicking cause the restaurants was calling looking for their deliveries. I told them the truck is parked in the yard "I quit that shyt ain't worth my time". Mfers were offended when I went to get my check :umad:
