For example, I got a new job. Within 4 months I know all the directors, project managers, managers, VP's etc basically politicking.

I made some of my people resumes and linked them up in interviews in different departments. That way we can refer who we want and in the future be the people who control who is hired. Two of them had panel interviews with managers I convinced to take it "lightly".

I gave them the material to read, watch study before the interview and both these people were lazy didn't listen to shyt I coached them on about the directors and managers personality or the job material.

I even had numerous people with those departments contact them by email to tell them what to expect.

I just realized that not everyone is like me. We can't all be winners.

I was going hard for these nikkas and they don't even go hard for themselves or their circle.

Damn man, yeah you try to help some people and they don't want help. How you go help people for a job and they still don't study the material before the interview There's a lot of people who live in their own fantasy land.

Added infact they end up taking consulting contracts for more money hourly. But guess what their contracts ended.

They were busy focused on contacts that were $45/hour instead of taking entry level job $25-30/hour under the direction of directors where they would be at the middle of important organization decisions.

Those nikkas like most of the working class have no vision. I planned for each of us to take over that organization in different departments.
