I was confused too.

Anyway, I had a female balck boss at a bank I once worked at and it was, by far, the worst experience I ever had. This bytch was just downright disrespectful to me, fellow employees and the clients.

I smartened up and began to document everything she did bc this bytch thought she walked on water.

bytch went on a business trip. A nikka walked into the bank in casual wear and told the Asst Bank Manager that I was quitting. But before doing so, I emailed a 15-page letter to her 2 bosses and HR of all the illegal and egregious acts this bytch did. Also, emailed her telling her that I was quitting (CC'd her bosses and HR) and to not contact me PERIOD. This bytch calls the bank immediately freaking the fukk out. Asst Manager said I wasn't there but I was.

Assistant Bank Manager let me chill in the bank and email everyone I knew to inform them that I was quitting so da bytch couldn't lie and tell everyone that I was fired.

Walked out the bank like.

Find out weeks later that her bosses called her to come home 3 days earlier from the trip. She was then placed on admin leave and subsequently fired. Plus, the bank sued her for some of the illegal shyt she did (totaling $38,000). Word is da bytch moved to Kentucky to find a new job and having her checks garnished!

It goes like this. Women are abusive by nature , give them power and they will abuse it to immense levels because they do not know how to be leaders/bosses. All the cues they have to be leaders come from males , instinctually they do not want to or understand how to be leaders. People hire obnoxious black women in customer service positions because they know

1) these women will abuse this power
2) will be unreasonable and unhelpful perpetuating the idea that all blacks are this way.

9/10 when the person act this way you may ask to see a higher up. 9/10 that higher up is a helpful, empathetic white male who tells you exactly what the black women said only this time he uses a soft and caring voice. You leave the store mad at the black bish (and black people in general) but happy that the white male(perpetuating the idea that they are out saviors) treated you like a human being .

No, they hire them because they are cheap, plentiful and semi reliable. Most call centers work under call time rules and the pushy nature of a hoodrat can get your average customer off the phone very quickly. Read the script, command the conversation, send them on their way.
