sounds about right

  • CDC estimates 42.4% of U.S. adults had obesity and 9.2% had severe obesity in 2017, the highest incidence ever recorded in America (latest report).
    • Non-Hispanic Black adults (49.6%) had the highest prevalence of obesity, followed by Hispanic adults (44.8%), non-Hispanic White adults (42.2%) and non-Hispanic Asian adults (17.4%)
    • 12 states have an obesity prevalence of 35% or more — Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia

He’s right. But like he said, women may look, but it’s usually other men that are bold enough to actually approach you and compliment.

When I started lifting seriously, other brehs would be like “I see you getting brolic” and “Damn you been putting in work. I need to hit the gym too”.

Maybe an older woman might say “Ooh look at all them muscles”. But in general, don’t expect random women to drop to your feet just because you’re getting swole. It might lead to depression, lack of motivation and slacking off in the gym if you lift for the wrong reasons.

He has a point about the attention. Idk about this "not normal" shyt but I do notice when im at places like pools or water parks, when i have to take my shirt off, mfs do be extra on how long they look at you. You can feel the vibe shift too. Same thing with the compliments. I can be wearing a old beat up shirt I got on a clearance rack and mfs be like "hey nice shirt"

Im like bytch i paid $3 for this shirt and I dont even watch this bullshyt show you see on it :comeon:
.... Just say "hey you look nice" :comeon:
