He’s right. But like he said, women may look, but it’s usually other men that are bold enough to actually approach you and compliment.
When I started lifting seriously, other brehs would be like “I see you getting brolic” and “Damn you been putting in work. I need to hit the gym too”.
Maybe an older woman might say “Ooh look at all them muscles”. But in general, don’t expect random women to drop to your feet just because you’re getting swole. It might lead to depression, lack of motivation and slacking off in the gym if you lift for the wrong reasons.
