I'm 26 too.
I'd be
if I had a 1 year old and two newborns to take care of.I don't want kids for another 5-6 years.

There are trade-offs. The earlier you have them, the sooner you can get them off your back so you can retire early. You also have more energy to take care them when you're young as opposed to when you're

Being older, you run the risk of being out-of-touch or old-fashioned, making those teenage years really painful.
