Low confidence is easily one of the biggest disadvantages someone can have as it will effect every part of your life.

Depression, Poor work Performance, Loneliness, Anxiety, Erectile Dysfunction are all side effects of low confidence.

Someone with low confidence will miss out on an insane amount of opportunities in life vs someone who has it. It is a Make or Break trait, that’s importance is understated.

Agreed, but the way to true confidence is through competence. You can't truly be confident in something that you're incompetent in. The problem is that for many ppl (including some in this very thread) it's just about feeling a certain way and they think that the feeling leads to action when it's the other way around. When embarking upon any path, in the beginning your confidence will be low because you don't know what you're doing. But with practice, you will increase in competence and, eventually, in confidence. It's a byproduct of competence. Low confidence is just a sign that you need to increase your competence.

That's not what I'm proposing though breh. I'm saying having low confidence is a sign that you should be doing something to improve. A lot of brehs just focus on the symptom (low confidence) when they should be focusing on the core issue: low competence.

I get where you're coming from, but I still wouldn't tell somebody "You're supposed to have low self confidence, until you've acquired the necessary skills".
