I get 3 weeks from the jump each year and the ability to buy an extra week, but with WFH as long as i have my work laptop i do not need to take time off, especially if the destination its a similar timezone.
Keep dreaming nikkaBut it does make sense.......to meI'm tryna be in a different country at least every few months, 2 weeks minimum
That's why I need my own business. I won't get paid but once established I could do what it do, maybe even bring work with me overseas![]()

Wait you don't get vacation as standard in America

most basic jobs give u a week AFTER you've worked a full year. Then you have to work multiple years to get more than one week a year lol. Most Americans are really clueless but that's how most of the world is.
You get 26 days as standard over here
Even when I was a student working part time I got holiday as standard
I get extra holiday for years served in my current job above the 26.
I also get stuff like up to a week off if I volunteer in the community or a charity.
Can you volunteer abroad and get paid?

Add in the fact that teachers make an average of like $70k and get pensions, it is a GOAT job.The only profession in America that has good vacation time is teaching. When i was a teacher we got off spring break, christmas break, summer break, winter break in addition to our vacation. When you add up, we had like 4 months off.
The good thing about having a CDL. Work for as long as you want and take off months if you want to (which I have done).
Jobs are everywhere (literally), and somebody is going to hire you.

Keep dreaming nikka
Pretty sure you don't even have a passport
90 days is the standard in America to become full time and your vacation kicks in automatically
Bum ass temp

It would have been my 2nd career choice, but Engineering had a higher ceiling.
