That is your standard boilerplate PTO, you want companies to give you 3 weeks vacation when most employees don't stay past 90 days.

That's standard......There's plenty of businesses with dope vacation packages but they not going to hire you and allow you to use them until your full time.

Join the military... 30 days paid leave a year and you get 4-day weekends, usually Friday through Monday, for all federal holidays. And if you need to take a 4 day, just put in a pass... I wouldn't do that more than twice a year though. shyt is really the goat. Of course you have to deal with crazy shyt, but that is everywhere else you go.

I've never seen that happen and if that is the case, you can make an IG complaint and submit the proof that all your leaves and passes for denied. Now of course, if you are undergoing an unfavorable action like ucmj, then that commander is well within his right to do so and everyone knows it too.

Every job I have had, you accrue PTO from day 1.

One job you accrued 285 hrs of PTO per year and you could use it whenever, and it carried over.

Another job you accrued 208hrs of PTO per year plus another 104 hrs of paid sick leave, Plus 10 paid holidays.

I think Corporate America sucks as far as PTO policies, but it's not like that in all sectors in the US.

european companies give you the whole allotment up front. I use to get 30 days a year beginning Jan 1st when I worked for a French based company , my girl gets similar set up now working for a UK firm.

tbs, unless your company is just completely trash they usually let you borrow against your time regardless and if you leave before it manifests you just get the difference taken out of your last check

I get 30 a year and don't really go places like that. Plus free sick days, holidays, and scheduled off days.

I let that shyt stack up and sell it back or take months off at a time.
