Call me a :racc00n: all you want, but having to talk to a sassy black woman on the phone for a customer service issue (whether it be cell phone, student loans, other bills) has to be one of the most frustrating experiences in life.

I rarely ever get my shyt resolved and end up fuming from the overall negative/short tempered attitude on the phone. I'm not going to lie, I usually just end the call quickly and call back in hoping for a better agent.

I usually have no problem, I've worked around them in the past so I know how to talk to them without it having into end up like that. I dunno breh, you gotta have the gift of gab I guess. Besides it's better to go in on the supervisor or the top person I can talk to, not customer service that shyt petty.
