If you can steal more than 600,000 from federal funds and not get federal prison time and the others that did not steal any money get 10 years, how much proof you need. You know the govt. does not play with black folks; you steal over 600k, but only pay 100k back? The govt. wants all there money and the things you bought with the stolen money, including interest and more
