the show had a couple wack storylines here and there but overall i love this show

they had soooo many great characters

i wish it was in HD...thats the main reason i never rewatch this or The Wire

Im waiting for the show to go on Netflix. I've told a few ppl here that i regret not watching it & the Wire...Well also cause i was a bit too young to be watching Oz. But still, i want to watch it cause i hear all the time it was one of HBO's greatest of their series.

And i forgot the BEST reason i NEED to watch:

Man I've never seen a show that can waver from great to just over the top ridiculous and back so often. The fact that a group that was in Emerald City was so closely watched yet constantly strolling all throughout random parts of the prison when it was time to kill somebody.

Yea, I don't think any show has ever been as good as Oz and fallen off so hard.

Prison Break had a huge potential...but by season 4 it was all over...

Just finished it. The first three seasons were great despite some ridiculous writing here and there. Four through six were weak overall and they failed to introduce any new inmates that you really cared about.

The kill someone and get executed a few months later thing was and really got overused.

One of my favorite shows back in that time frame but it got kind of wack and not realistic after a while. What always got me was the season when Adebisi had free reign when Querns was the warden. Why didn't they bring women in (since they had free reign to drugs I figure access to women would be easy) instead of dressing the fags up and parading them around. But like someone else said those first two or three seasons are classic.
