:beli: so defending him makes you biased but attacking him means you're fair and objective.

Rkelly is on video doing inappropriate things with minors. MJ has a bunch of discredited accusations. Two completely different realms of speculation.

that's exactly what it is.

Once again, Michael Jackson has an FBI file that's open to the general public, anybody in the free world can look at it and read it as many times as they like:
>>> Michael Jackson <<< FBI FILE

Anybody arguing "man i don't know, maybe he did" is crazy. the FBI does. not. miss. what rational adult doesn't know this, these ain't the local police

remember, the feds visited jared ONCE:

Yes, i think making allegations without proof against a person who is unable to defend themselves is wrong. Why wouldn't i? The only reason someone would make unsubstantiated claims about a dead person is for attention or for profit.
uh... From what i understand these arent new allegations. They are just bringing old shyt back up now that the alleged victims are older

She said her opinion on him is :yeshrug: she was there because it was a hot ticket showing, but said the way the way the docu was presented from the opening onwards was exploitative and strange.

She talked a a few people over the few days she was there and said once most stepped back and had a clearer head from the initial shock value of it. It doesn't stand up as a very good documentary.

Kudos to the makers though they got hella publicity for it.
I hear ya but my thing is i question that opinion because it's HBO. HBO typically doesnt produce shytty work.
I'm just saying. I'd like to see it for myself and come co my own conclusions

Y'all think MJ did it?

This shyt got me thinking though tbh I still feel mostly that he didn't do it. Even some of them came out and said their family put them up to it for money.

If he really did it the way the DA tried to take him down trust we would know. It would've been alot more accusers than just two.

He wouldn't of been able to help himself shyt parents sell they kids to Kellz for a piece of change. Mike would've had all types of civil suits.

Not saying that.

Im just asking if the person who said this would have any bias. I love MJ like the next man but at the same time i have to admit to myself that I dont know the man beyond a TV screen. Let me see the documentary for myself and make my own conclusions.

I look at it this way: If the documentary was about (say) Bill O'Reilly (just using a person i hate with a passion) would I be as quick to doubt it as i do someone i love like Michael Jackson. Like i told many mofos on facebook about Bill Cosby. I love Bill Cosby too and it pains me to see him rotting in jail. But i'm not gonna put my name out there defending a man i only know from watching TV playing a role. I'm not saying he did it. But i aint vouching for him either.

You're gonna make your own conclusions based on allegations that were made in a documentary that have already been proven false? :childplease:

No they shouldn't be.

People who have been proven innocent should probably be off limits.
R.Kelly was found not guilty, remember? OJ was found not guilty, remember? Michael Jackson settled on some of the cases, remember?

Doggy i'm not saying MIchael did it or not. I'm just saying let me see for myself and make my own judgement. Is that asking for too much? You trust your friends when they tell you about something and bypass checking it out yourself or would you rather check it out yourself?

^^^ michael jackson settled ONE case out of court; the jordy chandler case, which was basically this:

evan chandler who was a dentist and wanna-be screenwriter (this is is only credit which many speculate MJ helped him get)
Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993) - IMDb

wanted his sons friend (MJ) to help further his hollywood career, when MJ said no, he made those comments above

his brother in law knew he was a piece of shyt so he recorded his phone calls for insurance purposes.

y'all dudes gotta learn about the world in which you live, people are evil and will do anything for $$$ :francis:

You're right, but you have to add context to your statements and it has to be done on a case by case basis. R-Kelly was proven innocent, but you can clearly see that nikka face in the video. That case slipped though the cracks, plus the girls were stupid.

As far as MJ settling out of court, you appear appear to be missing a lot of info
1. MJ did not want to settle, he wanted to go to trial

2. MJ was advised by his legal team, concert promoters to settle, and actually the concert insurer paid the money. He was on tour at the time.
3. The father of the accuser purposely delayed the criminal trial to push for the civil trial (you see where this is going). The father didn't care about justice (in MJ did in fact do it), he cared about money.
4. The alleged victim came out and said that his father forced him into making the whole thing up
5. The kid was unable to correctly describe MJs body parts.

Your welcome.
