I'm upping this because I just had a chance to chop it up with Erick and Parrish just now. I actually disagree with this thread. Everybody rips this and the beat is true to the song title. Personally one of my favorite posse cuts ever.

early 90's if you were a headbanger you were listening to nirvana and grunge music and dressing that style. also, some of them kids listened to heavy metal. they headbang to the music.
its funny how some like epmd, onyx, and others was sweating terms from other genres and mixing it with their own music..
