How does the GM survive? I get he had a good draft this year but he's mismanaged that team for years, culminating with the Saquon shyt.

He's using Daboll as a smoke screen just like Daboll used Russ hate then Dart and Skattebo hype as a smokescreen. Those two getting injured put the focus back on the coach.

The defensive side of the ball being as talented as it is helps the GM though. He can say he was trying to emulate Howie initial team build when Jalen took over.
