been hearing more and more about it from other people and the news has been quiet as well. i know at the top of the year, there were predictions that it would happen in march but it didn't luckily. any advice on how to prepare before it happens?

What news about a recession? The economy goes in cycles, so one will always be coming. As far as how to prepare, just spend less and save more--but then again that's just sound financial advice in our consumerist society because of the time value of money.

Buy property and incur debt during a recession and then get fired or laid off(because it's a fukking recession)and default on your obligation, making the recession worse brehs.

Go out and spend large sums of money when you may not have a job in 6 months brehs.

Gamble with your life savings brehs.
