Typically a lot of independent companies have their shows during Wrestlemania Weekend in the same city so people who are flying in have something to do while they wait for Sunday, and it does excellent for business.
But knowing Dixie, bytch probably would've scheduled her show on the same day and time.

There's always gonna be the chase for a profitable non WWE market share. WWE may not want 99% of TNA roster but enough talent would be there to bolster ROH or GFW to entice a network.
