This includes removing the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Navy's top admiral and other senior flag officers from their positions.

Generals pains a drip in the ocean compared to the useless military contracts and outsourcing and manufacture of obsolete weaponry. As was implied above, they want to abort any possibility of a coup if martial law is imposed.
Something has to give

The bigger question is: what organizations are going to lose four-star billets? That is the bigger news. losing a four-star billet is a crushing blow to an organization’s ability to advocate for money, manpower, and resources. which might be the point as they are purposely trying to defang certain organizations from executing on a mission that they might feel is counterintuitive to their interests.

Given that Trump already fired General Timothy Haugh, I already feel like USCYBERCOM is going to be decoupled from the NSA, and the NSA will be run by a three star, which would severely disrupt cyber and intelligence operations.

i guarantee you these 4 star generals got BIG TIME loyalty in their ranks
Nah. Where that loyalty you talk shows is with Boeing, Lockheed, Raytheon, BAE Systems, etc. There’s a reason when them constellations retire, those companies scoop them up to serve on boards and do their bidding cause they know the system and all its intricacies. When I was in an org that prepped wargaming, we had several former generals as advisors. Get paid a couple hundred grand for a few days work a year and chill.

Alot of them mfs literally just hang out everyday getting 4 star general pay :pachaha:

Hegseth a hater

Of course he is, he only made it to O4 in the Reserves :skip:

He knows all those Generals are better than him and more qualified to do his job.

An active Duty E6 in logistics would probably be a better option than Drunkseth

Yep, when Generals and Colonels, retire, they get sweet gigs working in the defense industry or at the least, analysts for CNN, Fox News, etc.

Here's the thing. 4 Star generals are essentially the 'heart' of the American Military. What Pete Hesgeth is doing is being Donald Trump's hatchet. By removing the most experienced military leaders from the country it will allow Trump to install figureheads and dikk slurpers.
