I'm 5'7 and women stay showing me the good type of attention, from 5'2 up to 5'9 and I don't even put myself out there like that. Being handsome and paid helps I suppose. 
That being said, she's is overweight and it's her fault, I don't get why the guy should feel bad because he told her how much she weighs. He didn't make her fat, she did it to herself.
