Think about how many times this has been reposted. What happens is the original post gets screenshotted or saved (losing image quality) then reposted somewhere. Then that repost gets screenshotted (losing more image quality). And so on until you end up with this.
A guy saved and reposted the same photo on IG over and over again 90 times. Here's how the image quality worsens from each upload.

This meme may just be older than I am. There's plenty fresh content to be fake outraged about brehs, no need to dig through ancient almanacs to find shyt to be mad about.
That being said...I'll never understand bytches who take to social media to shyt on short dudes. In fact, I'll never understand the logic behind ANYONE taking time out of their day to hop on SM and bytch about what they DON'T like. I'm seeing this less now because people will light cho ass up for anything these days, but looking at the Wild Wild West days of Twitter from like 2011-2015, that shyt was rampant.
