I feel you. It sounds kind of dated at this point, but not enough where the work doesn't hold up. I always liked how his voice sounded when his career first started too, later in his career it way too grainy. Not enough to put me off from the music thoMr. Scarface Is Back is a little too old school early 90s gangster for me LOL. I liked a few joints though like...Mr. Scarface, Diary of a Madman, and A Minute to Pray and a Second to Die.
album still bangs. The production, lyricism, and subject matter on a few tracks like "Dyin With Your Boots On" and "Now I Feel Ya" all kept me interested.
