don't listen to anyone talkin about roids/prohormones especially if you're still in high school. All you're gonna do is give yourself a broke dikk and man titties.

If you're really 6'6"-156 than you're an extreme ectomorph. You can pretty much eat anything high in protein that was mentioned in the thread already.

No fast food, junk food, sodas, drinks etc. Just stick with water and learn how to cook.

For workouts go with a basic mass building routine and field work if you're playing football. The key is to gain wait but not get out of shape. If you stick to a good diet and workout 4-5 times a week you'll get to you goals slowly but surely by next august

Since you said you played basketball; you should look into being a tight end, you would have a better chance of getting a scholarship as a 6'6" tight end over a 6'6" wide receiver. The university of michigan has 3 tight ends who are 6'6" and one who is 6'7" and there biggest reciever is 6'4". Jimmy Graham who plays for the seahawks played basketball also, he's 6'7"

There also was another tight end who was 6'10" and play both basketball and tight end, Morris Stroud
