i don't workout much but steroids are the way to go.
Nah I'm legit trying to glo up. Been wanting to do this for a few years and haven't been able to. I'm going for wide receiver. I'm still confident I have a shot at playing college football/basketball so if I can get a year in at least If I walk on I have highlights to show coaches
I was 156 last time I weighed myself. I could be more now that's why I explained it in the OP. Didn't want to assume something I wasn't completely sure aboutI don't doubt that you're 6'6", but there's a big possibility your estimate of how much you weigh is wrong.
And maybe I went to far with the ducktales.
Tren, test, and Neely Fuller. So to keep it short and simple, I'm trying to gain muscle because I'm in the process of changing my life. Not sure how much I weigh now because I don't have a scale in handy but last time I weighed myself 3 months ago I was 156. My goal is to gain at least 25 pounds by start of senior year because I plan to join the football team.
Looking for a consistent diet that will help me reach my goal, suggestions of workouts I should do and tips on how to save money on food if I can't afford to buy a bunch of food and ish. Alternate diets would be help too
6'6-6'7

Alright. What you should do is download myfitnesspal app and it can tell you how much to nees to eat to gain. Since your on a budget and in highschool; chicken will be your best friend, eggs, oatmeal and it's cheap, also you can buy a burger, but just eat the meat and veggies, no bread. I tried to walk on when I was in college as a inside linebacker; so what you need to focus on is building size (mass) and density to your muscle so you can take a hit.
Since you said you already play basketball; basketball muscle is different than football muscle; you have to build that dense muscle. With building dense muscle and tying to get big (mass) at the same time; what you should do is lift high reps 12-15 with medium weight, we call them burnouts to get mass. To get size (density) you lift heavy for 3-5 reps.
Back in my football days what I use to do; I worked out high reps for mass 4 days and the 5th day I did my density work out, where I would lift all my heavy low rep weights (call that max day). Check out this link from bodybuilding.com for different exercises; so you don't get bored
