In 2013 i had an anorectal cyst.
shyt was terrible. (No pun intended)

Could barely lift my feet when i walked, couldn't lie on my back, couldn't sit, couldn't bend over and for sure couldn't wipe.
My eyes stayed watery.
One of the worst pains ever

Also I've heard that a huge factor to getting them is how you actually sit on the toilet and how long. Its not reccomended you read while on the toilet. Supposedly if you hunch over even a little bit while pushing hard it causes hemorrhoids too.

Is constipation common with vegans? I would think a plant based diet would go smoothly, but I was reading on how you guys can eat grains like pasta? This is new to me. Personally, pasta gives me problems so I steer clear. I used to be a big eater of lots of pasta and cheese; an absolute disaster. Low magnesium definitely could play a role though.


Edit: Apparently too much fiber can cause constipation as well

I had like at least 2 bowel movements a day. shyt was moving like butter, so I don't think it was constipation.

I remember my first one at like 13. Took a shyt and looked in the toilet and saw blood. I didn't know what the fukk was happening and I actually thought I was going to die. Went to the emergency room and everything.

I'll never forget laying on my side and having the doctor stick her finger up my ass. Top 5 WOAT feeling ever.

Sometimes people strain to hard to push out their shyt which can cause tears in the rectum.
