Guliani was far more known and far more popular than Deblasio and he stood NO CHANCE in the 2008 primaries. NYC mayors are really only famous in NYC, just as the Mayor of London or Paris are only popular in their respective cities, and most people don't know who they are unless they live there.

Best thing Black folks can do that don't want to leave the US is self segregate and concentrate ourselves even tighter. cacs cant fukk with us in densely Black populated areas. but if we're sparsely populated and small minorities in white areas were surely fukked.
