More excuses smh. Firstly, the poster I responded to questioned why black women don't challenge media representations of us (i.e. Mixed women replacing actual black women), to which I replied black men go out of their way to champion other races of women ( the phrase "dark butt" ring a bell?).

Secondly, why are black men shocked that some black women desire men of other races? They grow up in homes where a) there is no black provider 2) the black men around are deadbeats, in and out of jail,etc. see? Two can play that game.

And black women are the weak link????? LMAO you don't even believe that. Any human being with eyes and a functioning brain doesn't believe that. Black women are the ones holding our fragile community together. We are the only racial group with men who want to compete with their women rather than uplift and protect them. It's exhausting and frankly I find myself losing interest I'm the plight of black men sometimes. But I catch myself and remember that the success of black men is crucial to the future of our race. Black women clearly can't do it alone.

- the white men you BW praise go out of their way to portray you negatively or not at all in the media, but y'all dont hold them accountable. you'd rather hold 1-2 no name rappers accountable for saying they dont like dark butts like they represent 20 mil black males.

- well i'm not shocked BW are trying to flee the race, but i think others are shocked because for decades BW pulled that "we are loyal, we hate white men" act. then social media dating popped off and BW realized through dating sites like PoF and OKC, that white women will fukk them too -- now all that so called loyalty to BM is being erased.

- only BW are trying to compete with BM, not vice versa. thats why we're so quick to hear about your degrees like it matters to a men. and with BW being the ones "holding our community together," it explains why black neighborhoods are in piss poor shape and everyone with money is trying to flee them in mass.

I'm a woman. And while you are 10000000000% correct, for the sake of avoiding unnecessary, damaging conflict within our community (well this website lol), let's just say that it's equal.
