The interest might not out out pace the penalty you eat in the lump sum.
but it insures u walk away with a large sum and make up some of the loss
instead of taking yearly small payments and the risk that something could stop the company from future payments

You gon get 12 milli upftont. If u never get another payment again you should be set. And if society or whatever collapses then ya 500 lump sum ain't worth shyt either.

i'm not like most people. i can buy everything i want on this earth with less than 200,000 dollars. i don't buy shyt and i don't travel. also don't believe in charity, so the money would just be sitting there.

What you mean you don't believe in charity? Elaborate.

You just won hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars and you wouldn't use ANY of it to help ANYONE? Hard working single mothers struggling to get by? Homeless people? Young black kids with bright ideas for their own businesses but lack of funding? Do you know what even a tiny, microscopic portion of your money could do to change people's lives?

i mean i don't give a fukk about helping other people. once you understand what people are, you begin to have a distaste for them. other than my parents, i wouldn't be handing out money to anyone.

fukk Cac Cuban. I'm taking the lump sum. Investing in real estate. Putting money in different credit unions, annuities, and securities along index funds. You never now what can happen. Banks can collapse. Your paid off real estate aint going no where. Plus I'm moving out of Amerikkka with the quickness.

A Georgia Senate bill could allow lottery winners to remain anonymous, at a cost of the winnings.

State lawmakers are considering a bill to allow a lottery winner to remain anonymous if they donate 25 percent of the winnings to the Lottery For Education Account or other tax exempt organizations.
Georgia considers anonymity option for lottery winners

fukking disgusting. the government :scust:
I wouldn't mind doing it if I can pick the schools. It would be a black one of course. And you know they would need the resources the most.

Exactly, well it's going to be way more upfront than 12 million. That said if the annuity goes to shyt then we all likely are screwed.

Let's also be reality the invest of 500 million dollars is going to be way more work, stress and expertise than the average person wants.

That's terrible. Coincidentally it seems like in your distaste for people has turned you into a really distasteful one yourself.

lol at dont take lump sum

not even mike tyson and terrell owens and travis henry could spend over 800 mill
No but you are more likely to lose more of it going that route between the penalty and the sheer risk of having it managed to be diversified.

At some point you have to be honest with yourself about what you have the capacity to manage and the capacity to manage people managing for you.
