I'm taking the lump sum
Live off interest
Not opening no damm business

Buy some small homes that cost no more than $170k
Flip em

Hook my parents up
Pay off my sister bills

Not tell anyone I won
Just lie and say an investment I made in a business just got sold and got a nice cut

I would not buy a home that cost more than 300k for myself

And not even purchase a new vehicle until 2 or more years later
And it would be just another pick up truck on a higher lift kit

I also would give my HBCU some cash
And donate to organizations that help black americans.
nikkas wanna win 1billion dollars just to work three times as hard as they ever worked at their day job :mjlol:

With 1.4 billion it's no reason to be selfish with your family.

:rudy:

It's not about just your family, but the millions and millions of other people who might cause you harm also.

"Poor Urooj Khan should've kept his promise to himself. A lottery-ticket-buying addict, he'd sworn off buying lottery tickets. But the 46-year-old Chicagoan couldn't fight the urge; he had to buy one more. Bam! His ticket hits the million dollar jackpot. Lucky son of a gun.

Deciding to cash out the ticket in one lump sum instead of installments, Khan waited with much anticipation for that first check of $425,000.00. Tragically, he never saw a dime of it. He suddenly dropped dead the day after his winnings were publicly announced. The coroner said it was natural causes. But a close family member wasn't buying it. Sure enough, another autopsy revealed that Khan died of cyanide poisoning. And after he was dead, his estate quickly cashed the check. Naturally, the local police department is treating his death now as a homicide."

"Another big winner, Abraham Shakespeare hit it large in the Florida state lotto for $31 million. Shakespeare lived it up for a couple of years, almost having spent all his money until he suddenly disappeared in 2006. His body was found under a concrete slab in 2010. Suspicions turned to a woman Shakespeare was associated with who had apparently bilked him out of over a million dollars. She was eventually charged in connection to his murder."

Agreed...
Who wants to be the guy who went broke after winning 800 mil...

I dont...

That's why I got the annual payments...
AND ANY woman I marry is gonna have to get that prenuptial which grants her a lump sum of $250,000 if she decides she wants a divorce.

That's real fair.

Real talk, but I wouldn't get married. Marriage only has sentimental value for men nowadays and the worthless. Marriage only makes things difficult.

If you and the woman are getting along well, why change things? Marriage changes women a lot.

Hiring experienced dudes is a good tip though.

The way your life will change is beyond what you think.

900m+ is legit crazy money. Not many stuff you couldn't buy.

Anonymity should be an option for everyone.

Some people just can't handle that sort of life change.

Take the annuity and use 20-30% of it to buy Manhattan Real Estate every year. If you just do that and nothing else your bloodline will never work again.
