Why do defeated wrestlers immediately come to after being pinned by their opponent's finishing move? For instance, Austin hits the Stunner, pins his opponent and gets the win, and the defeated wrestler rolls out of the ring holding his head or neck. 
Wouldn't it make more sense for the defeated wrestler to be out for a while after being on the receving end of the finisher?

Yokozuna's Bonzai drop NOT being life ending. A 600 plus Samoan dropping on your sternum at a rapid velocity would crush major organs immediately and easily. Cats get pinned then lay "out" for a few moments and they are back the next week.

Why are faces unable to recognize a setup in the making? Whenever a face is challenged by a heel/heels, and his cohort/partner/manager accepts the challenge instead of him, it usually means that they are planning to turn on him. For example, a heel challenges the main face to a match, and his partner comes out to accept the challenge. During the match, as the main face prepares to hit his finisher, his partner turns on him, and the three of them (the turncoat partner and two heels) beat the main face down as the show comes to an end.

i came across this searchin for the original tv/movie one, but the fact that basketball and football players retire by their late 30s and the idea that its wrestlers still goin strong at 60, 70+???
