The NDAA is a document which funds the military/DoD EVERY YEAR.
The specific clause you're mad about is the one that suggests that indefinite detention is allowable.
Mind you, this was never a problem when Bush was in office. Not that it excuses anything, but only when Obama was in office did this seem to become a matter of contention.
The NDAA will ALWAYS get signed because it allows the Department of Defense to even function.

1. Crack isn't the only thing brothers are arrested for, and reducing the sentences of those already incarcerated does nothing.
2. While he was president, he didn't do a god damn thing for black people victimized by predatory lending
3. Anwar Al Awlaki was an American Citizen and so was his innocent 16 year old son. If there was any evidence to suggest he was an enemy combatant, they should have showed it in a court of law. He was killed on the whim of the executive branch which totally violates 3 amendments of the constitution.
4.Presidents CAN create jobs, word to FDR. They can push for an agenda and use executive orders... It's realy that simple. The Jobs issue is now long gone for Obama because he already blew his chance in 2009-10 with a full majority.
5. He is the PRESIDENT OF DETROIT dumbass, he can draw attention to the issue and either call a vote on sending water to Detroit, or use FEMA or Eminent Domain to get those people fukking drinking water

Lets break down why Obama is being sued:
1. He wanted Obamacare/ACA.
2. Obama gets the ACA pushed through
3. The supreme court approves it
4. The GOP tries to repeal it
5. The GOP gets some parts of the ACA slapped down and/or calls out some part as being problematic
6. Obama decides to hold off on COMPLETELY implementing the entire thing at once to help the roll out. He uses an executive order to do this
7. the GOP decides to SUE OBAMA because he is NOT IMPLEMENTING ALL OF THE ACA AT ONCE.
Get it?
OBAMA IS BEING SUED FOR NOT DOING WHAT THE GOP DIDN'T WANT HIM TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE!
