Thanks for moving the goal posts jackass, I didn't just talk about Ferguson in the OP. I also talked about other things. This Ferguson situation is indicative of Obama's one foot in one foot out style. Even Dwight Eisenhower sent the National Guard to enforce Brown v Board of Education. Why does Obama allow peaceful protesters in his own country to be oppressed? Do you remember what happened at Occupy? He allowed private security and police to arrest and pepperspray peaceful protesters

Young black men are getting killed in the streets of major cities by police and there is mass civil unrest with police using military grade hardware to suppress peoples first amendment rights. Add to that, there is looting and the situation may spread to other jurisdictions.

Broke Wave stopped being rational in regards to Obama a long time ago. The second those drone strikes hit he went into full lunacy mode regarding anything Obama because it so bothered him (being bothered by it and outraged is understandable...I posted about that from jump....being foolish in regards to anything else is not). I came in here to post a Wonkblog article about how Obama can do more, and here I am met with this sophomoric attempt at providing an "enlightened" critique that has all the sophistication of a guy who took political science 101 and then politicked with the Lox for two months.This is what happens when a guy with a good head on his shoulders gets mad at someone and just says fukk it I'm going to bytch no matterr the facts...he's generally smarter than he demonstrates on topics involving Obama (beware: he can insult you all he wants but tell him he's wrong and you're a meanie Obama jocker who is attacking him personally).

As for what the Justice Department has done just today:

Attorney General Eric Holder has authorized a second autopsy of Michael Brown, the unarmed African American teenager shot to death by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri on August 9.

"Due to the extraordinary circumstances involved in this case and at the request of the Brown family, Attorney General Holder has instructed Justice Department officials to arrange for an additional autopsy to be performed by a federal medical examiner," Justice Department spokesman Brian Fallon said in a Sunday statement. "This independent examination will take place as soon as possible. Even after it is complete, Justice Department officials still plan to take the state-performed autopsy into account in the course of their investigation."

Brown's family had asked the Justice Department to oversee a second autopsy in order to ensure objectivity. According to the Associated Press, the family has put funeral arrangements on hold until a second autopsy can be performed.

Preliminary results of the first autopsy showed that Brown had died of gunshot wounds. However, the report did not specify the number of times Brown was shot.

That is HUGE involving this investigation.

I see, so because he hated the United States (not illegal) and you think he would kill you without hesitation (no evidence he killed anyone or even threatened to), the government can kill him without a trial and violate at least 3 amendments to the constitution, the highest law of the land? What's stopping them from killing anyone else on Earth? If they had good reason to believe he was a terrorist, they could have already went to judge and presented at least some evidence. They refused to do so. The only person between Al Awlaki and Obama who has killed innocent people with no remorse is Obama, who also had his 16 year old son killed.

Is it hyperbole that Obama kills American citizens? Is it hyperbole that Obama justice department didn't prosecute the bankers for crimes that they know they committed such as robosigning?
