I'm Justin.
I'm actually right outside of Baltimore and used to live in poorest parts of it. The condition there is (like many other hoods) below any standard that someone who hasn't worked or lived in them can reasonably imagine.
There are a lot of opportunistic criminals taking action for sure, but there's only so much I expect from a string of neighborhoods that have been shown time and again that they are of little value.
