Define market socialism

What's more important? That it's accurate as defined by theoretical models, or it's accurate as defined by REALITY?

If we have enough food and water for every person on the planet, then there is no scarcity.

Do you believe there is a food shortage in the world?
:dahell: That's like discussing evolution, and then defining theory as it used in non-scientific terms

:heh: it's got nothing to do with how it's "defined in theoretical models" and "defined in reality", stop going off on a tangent.

Ah yes, if we had enough food and water for every person on the planet (which we definitely do) of course there is still scarcity. Again, you are completely misinterpreting the term, and I already stated how it is defined in economics.

Again, I'm not talking about how it's defined in a discipline based on theoretical models. I'm talking about how it's defined in reality.

scar·ci·ty
ˈskersədē/
noun
  1. the state of being scarce or in short supply; shortage.

Even going by the strict definition, scarcity doesn't exist.

But I'm not going to debate semantics back and forth.
