If it turns out he wrote at least a majority of his material would it still take him out of the discussion for you?

I'm sure he's written most of his material but from a purist's perspective Drake took himself out of the discussion of top tier emcees imo.

Imagine if Nas, Jay, Lupe, Kendrick, etc dropped an album and you find out 5 of the tracks were taken from another artist? Bars, hooks, flow everything. If you're gonna jack that much material from another artist you gotta be up front about it and not make it seem like the material is yours. But again that's only from a purist perspective.
