1. enforce the law EQUALLY
2. Africans Americans face a fatal "crisis of representation" see Chimamanda's "the danger of a single story" video) start fixing that and we have a chance.
3. Apply the same social and welfare remedies historically given to all other non-black immigrant groups, contrary to propaganda, not only have blacks been overtly and covertly sabotaged by institutional programs but we are way behind on aid from the government .
