Ironically, these dudes get paid so much money to try to avoid any chance of them being corrupted.

One thing I notice about the referees is that they are around all these mega-stars. The lights, the cameras, the action.... and i know deep down many of them want to be know, want a name for themselves.

Think of it, everyone who follows the sport knows his bytch ass. He wants the hoes as well and when he goes on the road, he can say "im joey crawford bytch" and get slurped up. There are only a handful of ref names that I know, but others will be pulling antics to get their name out there.

A bunch of them got suspended for 2 years after getting caught by the IRS in 1996 (Joey Crawford was one of them)... They didn't go to jail though
