Id rather make someone elses dreams come true for a six figure salary than slave away at a juice stand I "own"

The goal is to accumulate wealth... you dont have to be a business owner to do that.

I agree with the rest of your post though.

The most I had ever made working for someone was around 70k. Realistically what is an employer ever going to pay you? Unless you're a doctor or god knows what you're never going to make more than 200k. Lettuce not even bring up the issue of taxes. That isn't accumulating wealth. That's keeping the lights on. That's struggle. Thats mayonnaise sandwich and Pabst struggle.

I know people with high school diplomas pulling down $200K/yr :manny:

And you can build wealth making 70k.... in the right location.

“I’ve had to seriously downgrade my living situation,” said Alex Gomez, a 42-year-old with a master’s degree in entrepreneurship. Gomez lost his last full-time job in 2009 and has been looking for work since a short-term contract position ended in 2012.
:stopitslime: He should be out there hustling. How the fukk you got a master's in entrepreneurship and sitting on your ass waiting for a job?

If you're selling ounces for 3600 maybe. Otherwise as what? An electrician? Don't lie to the kids man. Those jobs are few and far between.

You couldn't pay me to live where 70k is the "right location". People don't live in places like that by choice.

70k is good if you live in Atlanta Metro.

Maybe he likes to read about people doing shyt instead of doing shyt.

There wouldn't be anything wrong with that if he didn't have to put food on his table.

Personally I think everyone should get $1000 a month in snap so they can eat and it would be great for the economy.

Lol @ at nikkas in here acting like everyone can get the big bucks working for someone else. People start companies to fill there pockets not yours. People don't care if ur fam eats.
Most businesses fail

Id rather get paid at a business that's thriving than starve never turning a profit

nikkas need to put their pride to the side and stack bread. You are no less of a man for accepting a job
