Dude was a clown for instigating the situation. He's a teacher. And the adult. He's supposed to keep it professional at all times and do whatever to diffuse the situation. If anything, the principal (and maybe the security just in case) should have been called and the student should have been escorted out the room until he calmed down.

But since the kid is black, the teacher will face no punishment. The kid will have a serious black mark on his record and he'll have to deal with that for a long time.

Where in any of my posts so far have I said that it's cool for a teach to insult a student? I'm just not making excuses for the kid.
