I've been charged with assault before you stupid fukk. Even misdemeanor assault is a high one and looks bad on your record. It was a bytch finding a job until I got that shyt expunged, but I also got six months suspended jail sentence, three years probation and had to pay hella fines and medical restitution cuz I sent dude to the ER. Then there's felonious assault which can put your ass in prison from 2 to 8 years depending on damage done and the nature of the assault.
