there's a reason the Clintons have been in power for 25 years. They are both brilliant politicians. You might not like them or their politics and there's certainly a few issues I have with them, more than a few actually but they are A+
You watch Hill at the Benghazi hearing and she was taking down very successful prosecutors. Over 11 hours she never slipped up or wavered. Trey Gowdy thought he was about to end her political career and he got washed.

In the modern era JFK, FDR, Johnson, Clinton, Reagan but those are pretty obvious. Obama is the best though. He's the most complete speaker I've seen. He's articulate but conversational all in one, never feels like he's robotic at all and he plays the audience the best.
