Obama puts both Clintons in the dirt. Absolutely.

He pretty clearly is it's not even close.
Who you consider to be the "greatest orator of our age" depends on what "our age" means. But whatever your timeline, the measure of an effective
political orator is whether they can achieve their political objectives by unifying the country through the strength of their oratory. By that standard, Barack Obama fails completely. The country is more divided than ever, despite his speeches. In fact, some of his speeches have contributed to the division, like his "cling to guns and bibles" gaffe.
He also doesn't really have any truly "iconic" presidential speeches that will go on to define his actual presidency. To date, his undisputed best work (and the speech people will probably remember him by) is the 2004 DNC keynote speech. That's the speech where he gave this famous line, "There is not a black America and a white America and Latino America and Asian America — there's the United States of America." That's the also the speech that introduced the phrase "The audacity of hope" to the United States. But he wasn't president when he made that speech and he hasn't topped it since.
None of his speeches about shootings will stand out because there have been too many. And there are no parts of the Bin Laden speech that really stand out either.
He doesn't have a "Tear down this wall!" speech like Reagan. He doesn't have a "We choose to go to the moon" speech like JFK.
Is better than Bill? Maybe. Bill had a totally different style of speaking--a "folksier" vibe, if you will. But greatest orator of our time? Nope. Not by a long shot. We haven't seen the greatest orator of our time yet.
