What city/region will be on top? You think the south will still be doing it big or will another one take over?

Which artists that are big now will still be doing it? Will anyone still listen to Lil Wayne or will he be :flabbynsick: status?

Personally, I think ATL/the south will still be on top radio and beat wise. I think New York will continue to get better on that underground old school shyt that y'all hate on. Rick Ross will prob be dead, and that puss ass bytch Drake will still be making platinum hits unfortunately. Wayne will be a full time skateboarder

More fans of Hip-Hip will out grow rap music and diversified their taste in music.

Trap rappers will fade away in the mainstream unless their name is Jeezy and Ross.

Sales will continue to decline. Gold is no longer the new platinum, it will be the new double platinum.

gangsta rap as a mainstream genre will continue to die, unfortunately.

I can actually see sales as a whole going up in some respect due to megaupload etc, getting shut down.

A relatively new artist will have a plat album next year (2013)

One of the fore runners of hip hop gonna get smoked, no names :mjpls:

Drake, Wale, Meek, Krit, etc will be a few more deep albums, success is still too be determined

Kanye and Kim's "super secret" plan will unravel with Kim leaving Ye and setting up the ultimate platform for Kanye to come out the closet

RIAA will get its way and illegal downloading will slow, but not stop

:bustback: viva la illegal downloads :bustback:

Wayne & Rozay will be irrelevant

J Cole will drop another album that sells well

Nas will continue to do more crossover collabs

WTT-era Hov & Kanye will start seeming corny and change their styles

Gibbs will struggle and not sell much but try to recoup from touring

Hipster / blogger influence will continue to grow

Shady 2.0 will have been a failure

Prodigy will drop one last dope mixtape or album at least

Eminem will be called the greatest rapper of all time when he produces another album with Jiggaman's cosign.

A gay rapper will come out the closet, but it wont who everyone will think so stay tuned

Also there will be another diamond album but it will be by this man

Why because his debut rap/pop album will have an collaboration with this man
