I still think this generation's music is trash, but i've accepted it for what it is. It's ya'll music. I'm on the north side of 30 and some of my friends have kids in High School. Of course they are not going to dig the same type of music.

I hear that, but tbh I never considered any of his albums classics. They were forced classics in my opinion, for example, you wont ever hear anyone put that shyt in their top 5 and rarely even top 10. None of his albums would even reach my top 50 but the media and articles forced it. But im sure there are some examples that will prove you dont necessarily have to be original to create a classic, but the music must at least be consistent and amazing the whole way through.

Take Dogg Food for example, the G-Funk had already been done, the stylistic gangsta lyrics that Daz was spitting had already been done, and super lyrical shyt that Kurupt had done, was already done. But that album still had its own vibe which seperated it from a Doggystyle or Chronic and was OUTSTANDING. You cant say the same about these new cats at all.

I listened to that Luv Is Rage tape and that shyt was trash. Didn't sound like anything. Matter of fact they sound like each other. That's the problem too. All your rappers sound alike. You wasn't hearing rappers with the same flows and styles. It wasn't cool to just rap like somebody else.
