I love how people say black people are drivers of culture but at the same time say rap has no negative influence.

The problem is you'll always have those hungry/thirsty people that will do anything to get the money the oppressors are giving out.
It's always the lowest quality people of the community that do it. It doesn't matter what they look like from outside, they're low quality.
That in turn makes the ignorant think you have to do what they are doing/saying to get what they desire.
Then you develop a cycle that you have to fight against. Once the ball gets rolling it's hard to stop. Now you have a culture of destruction.
