Nah, the excavators/archaeologists did since the modern-day language of Egypt is Arabic.

So, its possible that the name means as much to ancient Egyptians\Kemetians about as much as the name NYC or New England means to the indigenous Natives of North America.

It may not reflect anything about the people who actually inhabited the land initially

:whoa:

Sure it does. While our current civilization has harnessed the power of the atom and all but mastered worldwide communication/travel, we're still stuck on this ball of dirt floating in the cosmos fighting each other over skin color and comparative penis size.

:rudy: todays society doesnt make discoveries about atoms, fusion and dna on some mysterious shyt, we have electron microscopes, super computers and long list of accomplishments leading up to these discoveries.

try again tho

yeah he gets that the same people that named it pyramid builders town were the same people who discovered it and fit its purpose into the narrative that this is what it might have been used for. so using the name as extra support to prove that is what it was used for would be stupid

Math isn't 'mysterious' and none of their accomplishments were, either, 4,000 years ago. Your problem is assuming that they HAD to have some type of 'help' when there is absolutely no need for such. Our ancestors had plenty of time to figure these things out all on their own starting over 100,000 years prior to the Egyptians and the Nubians.

By contrast, what we've 'discovered' is only about 200 years old..........1/500th the time.

There was a long list of accomplishments leading up to the construction of the pyramids.

Try again, tho......:heh:

ok my fault i wasnt clear in my previous post.. what i meant was that it doesnt make sense for ancient humans to advance to a level on mathematics, astrology and masonry comparable to modern times while remaining primitive in other aspects..

it does make sense...these 'primitive' people are the creators of math..astronomy [different from astrology] and masonry...

In this thread = Dudes who don't know the history of Geometry.
Looking back this thread was stupid.

Peter Vecsey was really arguing the possibility of fukking aliens in this shyt.
WOW.
Sometimes playing Devil's Advocate just isn't worth it.
Then again this is the same dude who argued
against the Social Sciences. :dead:

The Forest Where Hope Died
@Dafunkdoc_Unlimited is right..didnt watch the video, but the white media has been pushing for ages that aliens had something to do with Egypt because they refuse to credit that black/Africans actually built the pyramids..they were really advanced with the symmetry...but some of it is false and they go overboard, like the pyramid of Giza correlating to oriens belt, no it doesnt..because the Nile river never stays in the same location over long periods of time...ya they do go over board with it..but I think it's still impossible to replicate the Giza one,..:yeshrug:and
Imhotep was the father of all this anyway

Usually the most simple explanation is the true explanation. Pyarmids were build with good ol' fashion hard work, and simple mechanics. Whem you have hundred of thousand people working on the same task, its amazing what can happen

did you guys know the pyramid we see today is missing it's limestone cover and it's capstone? that means it looked even more beautiful and smooth than it does today. can you imagine? :blessed:

i bet that missing cover also accounts for the small differences in mm between the different sides, and between the center of the base and the point on the capstone. i bet this thing was geometrically perfect in its hey day :blessed:

Juan Roberto's bald spot
Some genius figured out that having a wide base would most likely prevent tall structures from toppling over, and they went and enslaved a bunch of unfortunate souls, made them put large boulders on top of each other to form said tall structures.
Some other genius later saw this primitive structures and surmised that it must have been built with the help of an alien civilization with technology that far out-paces a civilization that was able to put 200 plus people in a cylindrical tube, somehow make that tube defy gravity and move it across the planet fast enough that it is able to break the sound barrier...whatever that may be.

Pretty sure the capstones were gold plated too. shyt would've been beautiful. I really want to go see the pyramids, but Egypt seems unsafe as hell.
