I am going to reccommend you see a local orthopedic specialist.
ACL tear requires surgery, if plan on doing certain activities strenuously, but first get an MRI to determine exactly the problem, it may just be hyperextension. Since I'm a man with a polar bear avatar playing a doctor, I would strongly unequivocally suggest you get a 2nd opinion breh.
