was three the one with the young kid and the parrot? the bad guys were some French guys and a girl. if it was, it was ok to me. nothing too special. think it came out long after the first two

id watch it if it was on tvits a standard kids movie. nothing great but not terrible... if it wasnt named home alone ppl would have zero problem with it....
