the 2016 version of my car is 100 mph less and same mpg on top of that leases are limited in how many miles you can drive a year. I drive too much for a lease.

I always live with friends who happened to not waste money on rent in their younger 20s like we did and ended up buying a house. Yall acting like im hitting up random
People on craigslist or rent.com or somethimg if i could go back in time i wouldnt get apartments at all and woulda tried to stay home and get my own house by now


Edit: just to clarify now we hating on someone with an audi a7, who happens to save on rent as well. The coli yall

im not living like a college kid though.. living in a HOUSE paying LESS has worked out better than living in an APARTMENT and paying DOUBLE. You cant tell me different - ive done both, have you ?

I pay 2k a month for my mortgage. Yea it's pricey but having my own space is worth every penny. Plus the tax breaks are nice. If I was paying $650 a month... sheeeeeeeeeeit breh I'd be pushing an i8.
